Permission is granted to use Care+Center for personal healthcare management and communication with healthcare providers. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify, copy, or reverse engineer the platform
- use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
- attempt to access other users' protected health information
- remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information on this platform is not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified healthcare professional and is not intended as medical advice. It is intended as a tool for healthcare management and communication between patients and providers.
4. Protected Health Information (PHI) Security
We are committed to protecting your protected health information and personal data. All medical data, including appointment records, medical history, and communications, is encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard security measures. Access to your health information is restricted to authorized healthcare providers involved in your care and authorized platform administrators.
5. User Responsibilities and Account Security
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete health information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Using the service in compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations
- Not sharing their account credentials with others
